No. You copy one code snippet and hand it to whoever manages your website (IT, marketing, webmaster, external company... or yourself). Depending on your app/website technology, it might take between 2 minutes and 2 hours.
You choose your setup during onboarding — locations only, people only, or both with a full reporting hierarchy. You can also have both and decide to only display one or the other on the map, depending on your business needs.
Yes. Zones are entirely custom, built on existing administrative divisions — continents, countries, regions, departments, provinces... (based on the ISO-3166 standard). Group them however it makes sense for your business. We even have a "Rest of the world" zone for fallback where you have nobody.
We send you an email. You're asked to add payment to keep your map live. Nothing is charged automatically without you confirming first. If no credit card is added, the map is blocked and we display an empty state message. Same thing if the credit card is declined or expired. You can add a new credit card at any time to reactivate the map.
No. We never send marketing emails. Only the notifications you choose to turn on, which are off by default. And the ones in these cases: when you have to validate your email address, the trial period is ending, you haven't updated your information for a year, the credit card is about to expire, or when terms & conditions change. That's it.
The only data that we make public is the one you want to share (contact information). Your data is hosted in France and never sold or shared. A data processing agreement is available for your records.
You are — and you're not alone. Invite colleagues as admins or members (from your account settings) so more than one person can maintain it. A person replaced? Just rename the record — no need to delete and recreate it, all their zones stay assigned. Same for a location that changes address or territory. Opening a new market? Add a new person and/or location whenever you need to.
No — and be careful, a new import replaces your entire list, it doesn't add to it. Day-to-day changes (a rename, a new territory, one new person) are made directly on the record, in a few clicks. Save re-importing for a full reset.
